These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the bidit.services website, mobile experiences, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Lagom Tech Solutions (“bidit.services,” “bidit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or submitting or responding to a job request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
bidit is an online marketplace that connects individuals and businesses seeking services (“Customers”) with independent third-party service providers (“Providers”). Customers describe the work they need, Providers submit bids or offers, and the parties may then choose to engage one another directly. bidit provides the technology and tools that make these introductions possible; it does not itself perform, supervise, or guarantee any of the services offered or requested through the Platform.
Certain features require an account. You may register directly or through a supported third-party login (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@lagomtechsolutions.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim any username at our discretion.
↑ Back to topCustomers are responsible for accurately describing the work requested, communicating in good faith, and evaluating Providers before engaging them. You are solely responsible for your decision to hire, pay, or interact with any Provider.
Providers are responsible for ensuring they hold all licenses, registrations, insurance, permits, and qualifications required to offer their services lawfully, and for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they provide. Providers must submit accurate bids and honor the terms they agree to with Customers. bidit does not employ Providers and does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any Provider unless expressly stated in writing.
Any agreement, contract, scope of work, schedule, price, or warranty arising from a job request is solely between the Customer and the Provider. bidit is not a party to that agreement.

We do not provide the underlying services, are not a party to any contract between Customers and Providers, and do not act as an agent, broker, employer, contractor, insurer, or joint venturer of any user. We make no representation or warranty about the conduct, qualifications, reliability, or suitability of any user, or about the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service arranged through the Platform. Any dispute arising out of a transaction between a Customer and a Provider is between those parties, and you release bidit from claims, demands, and damages arising out of such disputes.
Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of bidit. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between bidit and any Provider or Customer. Providers are solely responsible for their own taxes, insurance, tools, and business operations, and for compliance with all laws applicable to their work.
↑ Back to topUsing the Platform may be free for certain users, while other features, leads, or services may be subject to fees. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed to you before you incur them. If we introduce a service fee, platform fee, subscription, or lead charge, the applicable amounts and terms will be presented at the point of purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. By making or receiving a payment through the Platform, you agree to the applicable processor's terms and authorize the associated charges. Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, fees are non-refundable. bidit is not responsible for payments made directly between Customers and Providers outside of the Platform's supported payment features.
The Platform may allow you to submit content, including job descriptions, bids, messages, photos, profile information, and reviews (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant bidit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “bidit” name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Lagom Tech Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
↑ Back to topThe Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, login providers, payment processors, mapping, or analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PROVIDER, CUSTOMER, OR SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AND ENGAGE WITH OTHER USERS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, bidit AND LAGOM TECH SOLUTIONS, AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
↑ Back to topYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bidit and Lagom Tech Solutions from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any transaction or dispute between you and another user.
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
↑ Back to top**Governing Law and Jurisdiction** These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is organized or otherwise operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, state, province, or place of residence apply. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where the Company is organized or maintains its principal place of business, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or third-party service outages.
